SENVANTO currently focuses on shipping to customers in the United States. We plan to expand shipping coverage over time as operations develop.
Order processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during peak periods for address verification fraud review inventory checks or carrier delays.
Shipping destinations
Our primary shipping market is the United States. If checkout does not show a shipping option for your address we may not currently support delivery to that location.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery
Available shipping methods and prices are shown at checkout. Current U.S. shipping options may include
Standard shipping estimated 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping estimated 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Free standard shipping may be available for qualifying U.S. orders when shown at checkout.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier capacity weather holidays remote locations address issues customs processing or other events outside our control.
Shipping origin
SENVANTO is operated by EVOKE TECH LIMITED in Hong Kong. Fulfillment location and carrier routing may vary depending on inventory availability and operational setup. We do not currently list a U.S. warehouse address as an official business address.
Tracking
When tracking is available a tracking number or shipping update will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is delayed returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address additional shipping fees or delays may apply.
Lost delayed or damaged shipments
If your shipment is significantly delayed damaged or marked delivered but not received contact us at hk57129086@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. We will review the issue with the carrier where possible.
Duties taxes and import fees
For any international shipments that become available in the future customers may be responsible for duties taxes customs fees or import charges required by their destination country or region.
