REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

SENVANTO is operated by EVOKE TECH LIMITED. This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and order issues are handled for purchases from senvanto.com.

Return window
Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and parts.

How to start a return
Contact us at hk57129086@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective. We will review the request and provide return instructions if the return is eligible. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Return shipping
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Non-returnable items
Installed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, missing-parts, final-sale, or opened items that cannot be resold may not be eligible for return. Products used in a way that violates applicable privacy, consent, surveillance, or recording laws are not eligible for refund based on that use.

Refund timing
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
If an exchange is available, we may replace eligible defective or incorrect items after reviewing the issue. For other exchanges, please contact us first so we can confirm availability and return eligibility.
